It’s been years that I’ve wondered what’s going on with The Whole Fantastic World. I can assuredly say that this band’s CD -Chime- is one of my ‘stranded on an island’ picks.
They have some new tunes on MySpace (plus a few others I snagged from their official site) but no official news or anything in about 4-5 years. To experience this band live is definitely one of my ‘bucket list’ items.
I have to wonder if Chime was their one fluke or they’re just weary about becoming big (in the indie sense). Hm…that kinda brings Helms to mind. Anyway, consider this my tribute to TWFW; a howl in the night, searching for that long lost love.
